Shipping

At Daili Skincare, we offer fast and reliable shipping options to deliver your skincare products right to your doorstep. We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure that your order is handled with care and arrives in perfect condition.

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days, so you can start enjoying your new skincare products as soon as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to easily track the progress of your package and estimate its arrival date. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the shipping of your order, our customer support team is always here to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns for hygiene and safety reasons. We will only allow exchanges if the product we have delivered is damaged. In such case, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. You may exchange the product for an item of equal or lesser value.

We will only be able to accept exchange for products purchased from our website. 

We are not responsible for any damages caused by the shipping carrier.

Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. Upon approval, we will process your exchange within 3-5 business days.

At Daili Skincare, we value your satisfaction and the integrity of our products. To streamline the exchange process, we kindly request that you create a brief video when unboxing and inspecting your order. This video documentation will serve as crucial evidence in the rare event of a damaged product.

Refunds

Cancellations can be made within the first 4 hours after placing the order. Cancellations made after this 4-hour window will not be accepted.

If your order has been cancelled, refund will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 days. Please note that certain banks take longer than this period for amount to reflect in your account.
