2. Ordering and Payment

To place an order, simply add the desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Wallets, etc. Please ensure that your billing information is accurate to avoid any delays or issues with your order.

Note: No COD (Cash On Delivery) is available for orders above Rs. 2999.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to process and ship all orders within 4-7 business days. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Daili Skincare is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

Cancellations can be made within the first 4 hours after placing the order. Cancellations made after this 4-hour window will not be accepted.
We do not offer returns for hygiene and safety reasons. We will only allow exchanges if the product we have delivered is damaged. In such case, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. We will only accept exchange for products purchased from our website. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
